Device not connecting to internet

Hi there,
I have just received my SMT 24, I have registered it on this website but every time I click on the SMT to register the product it tells me to go to www.gunpower2.com which my internet doesn’t recognise.
I also have a problem that my device doesn’t recognise that it is connected to the internet, I have made sure that the internet is working and directly plugged it into the correct connections, I even done the manual update, just in case that was the problem and the system still doesn’t recognise it. Is there something I am doing wrong?
