SMT 24 Not Working

Hello,
I recently purchased an SMT 24 but it arrived and is not working , when I power up , the yello GunPower logo appers for aproximatel 20 second then goes away and then for 2 second a small blue window appers written in Korean , I translate it and it says "no signal" then all goes black , the fan is running and I can see some lights inside.
the SMT is new arrived 2 days ago , I purchased it in Europe EVIKE-EUROPE 1 month ago, the SN is C091F9B5.
can you help in solving the issue
